WHEN WILL MY PRINT SHIP AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Standard domestic shipping within the U.S. is free on all orders over $150. For standard shipping, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for prints. For international orders, please contact info@lcsstudio.com with your desired print, size, and shipping destination and we will send over an estimated shipping cost.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All print shop sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, it must be declared within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@lcsstudio.com during the 7-day timeframe with specific description and photos of the damaged item so a claim can be processed and your order can be resent. A tracking number will be provided for every order. If a package is lost, but was marked as “Delivered” by the postal service, I am no longer responsible for the lost or stolen package. I can help you file a claim with the postal service, but will not offer a refund or replacement.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely! We would love to hear from you if you have a custom order in mind. Do you have a specific size request for a photo that you see in the shop? See a photograph of mine online that's not in the shop? Contact us at info@lcsstudio.com and we can talk details. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

DO YOU TAKE WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes, and we would love to partner with you! If you are interested in making bulk purchases for the purpose of re-sale or interior design, please contact info@lcsstudio.com for more information.

WHAT ARE THE PHOTO DIMENSIONS WITH A WHITE BORDER?

When ordering with a white border, you will be able to have the full view of the image as seen on the product page. The image size will decrease on the print to accommodate for the border. Please see below for correct print & image sizing dimensions for prints with a white border.
